We offer standard delivery for $10.00 and express for $15.00 in Australia.
We also offer signed for security for $2.95 on top of any of these options.
You will receive an email when your order is leaves here. This email will contain a tracking number and a link which will enable you to track the progress of your delivery.
Your order will usually be delivered on time, although delays may occasionally occur. Factors beyond our control may impact delivery times and these may include unforeseen impacts caused by our delivery partners, weather disturbances and system failures. Desiderate carries no liability in these cases and strongly recommends that orders are placed as early as possible if they are required by a specific date.
We know that once you've ordered you want your goodies fast and dispatch within 24 hours on business days.
Orders received before 9 AM are dispatched on that same business day - Apart from Monday's when we have a backlog of weekend orders and can't always guarantee this, so it may leave on the Tuesday.
